Huffy grouse guarding her brood
Forest myriad

Bakje cheerios
Young eye sees ev’ry vlekje
As a threat of bees

Light the morning trail
Dismiss the fleeting birds
Run like a bunny

Tall slow-stepping crane
Green fields gently rolling
Life after the rain

Singing meadowlark
Celebrates the new day
Who can argue?

Morning mist rises
Gathering of hearts and legs
Global running day
