Gravestones in the corn field
Inscriptions fading

Ripple clouds
Washing up in pink
On a blue sky

Pink sky
The sun
Unveiled

Contrary to
The forecast made yesterday
Sidewalk puddles

Dense forest stories
Of thistles, branches, prickles
Written on my shins
